Here I am, posing for another self portrait for one of my classes. this is the seventh take or so and I am already getting a little annoyed about taking pictures of myself. However this photo came out great and the painting after came out even better.

I am currently studying Animation and Illustration at SUNY Fredonia, in Fredonia, New York. By the time I graduate in 2023, I hope to accomplish many things, but most importantly, I hope that I can make a 3D short film. I really enjoy working with computers, I love the 3D aspect it can give and the endless possibilities you can create with the touch of your finger tips, as long as your computer can handle it. But I also enjoy the textures and layers that a person can create traditionally. Personally I think the best pieces not only rely on technology but also the traditional materials that an artist starts out with. I hope to combine both traditional and digital pieces in ways that balance each other to create something much more beautiful.
